He Epistole Update

The following changes were made to the He Epistole pages:

The main page was completely remodeled
Each issue now has its own page where you can preview the table of contents and download the full issue
Using the individual page for each issue you can now share He Epistole in Facebook and other social networks
The "Seeking Submissions" announcement is now more visible, hopefully we will get more submissions
